The drum magnetic separator is a fully counter current drum magnetic separation equipment designed specifically for the recovery of magnetic medium powder in heavy medium coal washing plants. To improve coal washing efficiency, reduce washing costs, and increase medium recovery rate, we have adopted advanced manufacturing processes and ingeniously designed corresponding structures in the sorting equipment to generate reasonable slurry flow direction. The tank body is graded with a ladder to increase the stirring effect, making the magnetic separator tank body more suitable for efficient recovery of the medium. The flow of the slurry, the dispersion of excellent magnetic materials, and advanced magnetic circuit design create more magnetic poles with higher angular gradients in the scanning area of the tank body, thereby obtaining larger adsorption of magnetic medium particles. At the same time, the magnetic energy is concentrated in the medium flow layer, not wasted outside the tank body, making the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic materials faster and the medium recovery rate higher.
