The CTB (N, S) series permanent magnet simple magnetic separator is suitable for wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic minerals, or for removing mixed strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with a deep magnetic field and a large working gap, and has high processing capacity.
The principle is that when the slurry enters the magnetic field zone, strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder. Weakly magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are shaken off and discharged. Strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder are carried out of the magnetic field zone by the rotation of the cylinder and washed into the concentrate tank with water. Complete the sorting task. The same cylinder can be equipped with three types of grooves, namely, a forward flow groove (CTS), a reverse flow groove (CTN), and a semi reverse flow groove (CTB), to meet different selection requirements.
The downstream trough is suitable for coarse and fine selection of ores with a particle size of 6-0mm.
The countercurrent trough is suitable for coarse and sweep selection of ore with a particle size of 0.6Omm, as well as heavy medium recovery in the coal preparation industry.
The semi countercurrent trough is suitable for coarse and fine selection of ore particles with a size of 0.5Omm, especially for fine selection of minerals with a size of 0.15-Omm.
