Working principle of water selection

After adding water to the river sand extracted from the riverbed, it enters a sieve to remove coarse stones and then enters a tank with a homogenizer plate. The slurry, which is diluted and rinsed with water again, is evenly fed to the selection area with high magnetic force on the surface of the drum. Among them, high-grade iron sand is magnetically adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder and transported to the lower washing area by the rotating cylinder. After washing away the accompanying river sand with washing water, it is transported to the mining area and washed by the water flow to the iron sand collection tank, becoming high-grade iron sand. Among them, non-magnetic sediment is not affected by magnetic force and directly enters the tail groove for discharge. Thus achieving the purpose of extracting iron powder.
