Introduction to Control Instruments:
The belt scale instrument adopts SCK-6610, on-site installation type, controlled by ARM microprocessor, processes the weight signal and belt speed signal of the weighing sensor, calculates the flow rate and cumulative amount of flowing materials, and displays them on the instrument. At the same time, the instrument is equipped with a built-in PID regulator, providing programmed current output and remote pulse counting output. Communicate with the upper computer through RS-232, RS-485, CAN (optional) interfaces. The instrument can display instantaneous flow rate, total cumulative amount, shift production, daily production, annual production, etc
