The RCDFJ series forced oil circulation belt type electromagnetic iron remover is a new product developed by our company, which integrates multiple technologies and has the advantages of high suction force, low working temperature and strong adaptability. It can be installed at the head or above the middle of the belt conveyor. Its strong magnetic force can suck out impurities mixed in the material and remove them with the help of a scraper equipped self dumping tape. It plays an important role in preventing sharp iron from damaging the transport tape and improving the purity of the material. Therefore, it can be widely applied in industries such as electricity, ports, mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, and textile.

Applicable conditions

1. Altitude not exceeding 2500 meters;

2. Environmental temperature -40 ℃ -+40 ℃;

3. The humidity of the surrounding air is not greater than 90% (at a temperature of 25 ℃);

4. A place without rain or snow invasion;

5. In a medium without explosive hazards, and without gases and dust (including conductive dust) that can corrode metals and damage insulation.
