Regular calibration: Due to various factors affecting the zero point interval of the belt scale, the zero point and interval of the belt scale may drift to varying degrees. Therefore, regular calibration should be carried out, and the calibration cycle should be determined according to different on-site requirements. Our factory's zero point calibration and interval calibration are conducted once a week.

Reasons for zero drift:

① Stones or foreign objects stuck in the weighing bridge;

② Ash and material accumulation on the weighing bridge:

③ Due to the temperature characteristics of the material, the length of the conveyor belt may vary;

④ Conveyor belt adhesive material;

⑤ The weighing sensor is severely overloaded;

⑥ Serious deformation of the weighing frame;

⑦ Electronic measuring unit or instrument malfunction;

⑧ Belt deviation.

Reasons for interval drift:

① The sliding of the speed measuring drum or the change in its diameter;

② Changes in conveyor belt tension;

③ The weighing sensor is severely overloaded;

④ Changes in belt speed;

⑤ Serious deformation of the weighing frame;

⑥ Electronic measuring unit or instrument malfunction.
