It can also be used for high-purity iron removal of non-metallic materials, effectively reducing the iron content in potassium feldspar, fluorite, and quartz sand.

working principle

The high gradient flat plate magnetic separator adopts a belt sorting structure, and the material can be magnetically stirred multiple times from feed to discharge in the entire working area under the drive of the belt. At the same time, non-magnetic tailings are removed under the flushing effect of water flow. Magnetic minerals are transported to the demagnetization zone of the plate separator by the skin belt, and then the magnetic minerals are removed through the demagnetization device to complete the beneficiation process. The whole machine has low power, large processing capacity, high magnetic field strength, and achieves good quality, which can obtain greater benefits.
